QUANTUM CONSULTING.AI LLC, trading as Quantum Consulting AI. Last updated September 14, 2026
QUANTUM CONSULTING.AI LLC ("Quantum", "we", "us") is a Florida limited liability company. We trade as Quantum Consulting AI. That is the name you see on every one of our pages and in our messages, and it is the same company. Our address is 382 NE 191st St PMB 346859, Miami, Florida 33179-3899, United States.
You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by mail at the address above. Section 11 explains how to make a request about your information.
This policy covers our websites at quantumconsultingsolutions.io, quantumconsulting.ai and sites.quantumconsulting.ai, the online data console we provide to some clients at data.quantumconsultingsolutions.io and app.quantumconsultingsolutions.io, our order forms, our services, the identification code our clients install on their own websites, and the records we deliver to clients.
It explains what information we collect, where it comes from, what we do with it, who receives it, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us. It covers three groups of people. Find the one that fits you.
Sections 11 to 18 apply to everyone.
Our services are sold to businesses and business owners for business use. When you order, you confirm that you are buying for a business.
Our Terms of Service govern every order. Where this policy describes what a client may do with delivered records, the binding version is in the Terms of Service.
We help businesses find the people who are actively in the market for what they sell and the people who visit their websites without leaving a name. We deliver contact information and related details about those people to our clients, and the clients use it to reach them.
Our services are named in our Terms of Service:
In this policy, "delivery" means anything we hand a client: a list, a file, a sync into the client's own systems, a visitor report or a view in our data console. "Tracking" or "identification code" means the Quantum Identity Resolution code a client places on its own website. "Build form" means the form a client completes after ordering that tells us who it sells to, where it serves and how it plans to work the list.
What a delivery contains depends on what the client sells.
Both kinds of record can carry more than 50 fields, including hashed versions of email addresses and phone numbers that advertising platforms accept for audience matching, a do not call flag and an email validation marker. Section 8 explains each of these.
We do not deliver government identification numbers, financial account numbers or medical records. Income is delivered as an estimated range, not as account or transaction data.
Two things you should know up front:
Information you give us. When you enter your email on our calculator, start or complete an order, complete your build form, or accept a subscription or an Activation service, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, and your answers about who you sell to, where you serve and how you plan to work your list. If you start an order and do not complete it, we keep what you entered before you stopped. If you tick a text message box, we record which box you ticked, when, and the phone number you gave.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor, which receives your card details directly and holds them under its own privacy policy. We do not store your full card number. We keep the transaction reference, the amount, the date and the receipt. If you accept the Engine or Essentials, your payment method is saved with the processor on the day you accept the subscription so that the first charge can be taken on day 31 after that date. If you cancel before then, nothing is charged.
Information collected automatically on our own websites. Like most websites, ours record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click and the page that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our websites do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, which have no settled meaning. They do respond to the Global Privacy Control signal, as section 6 describes.
Messages. If you email, text or chat with us, we keep the conversation.
Access you give us. Some services need us inside your systems. If you ask us to install your identification code, we need access to your website or hosting. If you take the Engine, we connect to your CRM or email sender to sync your audience. If you buy an Activation service, we may set up sending domains and inboxes for you, run your advertising account, or work in your social accounts. We collect the login or account access needed for that work, the account data needed to deliver and sync your audiences, and the settings and results of the work. While we hold that access we can see the data already inside those systems, including your existing customers and contacts. We use that access only to deliver the service you bought. We do not copy your existing contacts for our own use, and we do not add them to our data sources. You can withdraw the access at any time, and we remove it when the service ends. Some services stop working when you withdraw it.
Information collected through Quantum Identity Resolution on your website. When you install our identification code on your website, it collects information about the people who visit your site: their IP address, device and browser identifiers, the pages they view and when, the page that referred them, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies, including a hashed identifier where one is available. We match that information against our data sources to put a name and contact details to those visitors, and we deliver the results to you. We also count your visitors so we can measure The 40% Guarantee and prepare your delivery reports. Your visitors do not fill in a form or opt in on your site for this to happen. The visit information also goes to our data providers for matching, and they may use it to maintain and improve their matching records.
What this means for you as a client. Because this collection happens on your website, you have three jobs. They are also terms of our Terms of Service.
Notice at collection. On our calculator, our order form and our build form, we collect your contact details and business information to deliver and market our services. We do not sell or share client information. This section, section 4 and section 13 give the categories, purposes and retention periods.
We use the information in section 3 to:
Our order form has two text message boxes. Both are optional. You can buy from us without ticking either one.
Our text messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system or an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or share the personal information of our clients, or of people who visit our own websites, and we do not use it for cross context behavioral advertising.
Identification on our own websites. Our own websites run Quantum Identity Resolution, the same code our clients install. It records your visit and the identifiers described in section 7, and we may match them against our data sources to identify you so that we can follow up with you about our services by email or post. We use that identification for our own marketing only. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising platforms. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not identify you on our websites, and you can ask us to stop at any time using any method in section 11.
We share client and prospect information only:
Section 7 covers what happens to your visitors' information.
This section is for people who visit a client's website. It is also the description clients can use in their own privacy notice.
What the code does. When a client places our code on its website, the code records your visit: the pages you view and when, the page that referred you, your IP address, device and browser identifiers, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies, including a hashed identifier where one is available. We compare that information with the data sources described in section 8 to work out who you are. If we can, we report your name and contact details to the client that runs the site. You do not fill in a form for this to happen, and you are not asked to opt in on the client's site.
Example. You spend three minutes on the pricing page of a water heater installer, a payroll provider or an online furniture store, and you leave without filling anything in. Our code records the visit and the identifiers your browser carries. If they match a record in our data sources, that business receives your name, email address, phone number and postal address in its next delivery, so it can follow up with you.
When we cannot identify you. If we do not find a match, no record is delivered, but your visit still counts in the visitor totals we use to measure The 40% Guarantee for that client. We still receive the visit record described above. We keep the visit records we receive for up to 90 days and then delete them or make them anonymous, as section 13 explains.
Who receives it. The client that runs the site you visited, and our data providers, who hold the records we match against. Our data providers may also keep your visit record and use it to maintain and improve their own matching records. Because they use it for their own purposes, we treat that transfer as a sale of personal information, and the opt out in section 11 covers it. Our own service providers also handle your record while we build, deliver and support it: the email service that delivers files, the hosting behind our data console and the messaging platform we use to communicate with clients, each under a contract that limits its use to that work. A record of your visit goes to no other client. The client may load your record into its own systems. Advertising platforms receive hashed identifiers only if the client uploads its delivery to such a platform, or if we upload it for the client under a managed advertising plan into the client's own advertising account. Section 10 explains this, and section 11 explains how to opt out.
Whose notice covers the visit. The website you visited is the client's, and the client's own privacy notice governs your visit there. Our Terms of Service require every client that installs our code to disclose it in that notice. If you want to know how a particular site uses the code, read that site's notice. Because we combine the visit data with our own data sources and deliver personal information back, we do not act as the client's service provider. We act as an independent business, and this policy is our notice to you. This section, with sections 11 and 13, is our notice at collection for visitors to client websites: it names the categories we collect, why, who receives them and how long we keep them.
How to stop being identified. Ask us to stop identifying you on any client site, using any method in section 11. Tell us the email addresses and phone numbers you use, so we can find your record. We add you to our suppression list within 15 business days, and after that we no longer report you to any client.
Your other rights. Section 11 lists them.
If you received a letter, a call, an email or an ad from a business you had not contacted, and that business is our client, this section explains where your information came from and what you can do. It applies whether you were a visitor to the client's website or a person actively researching what the client sells. In either case you probably never dealt with us.
Where your information comes from. We license our data from third party data providers. It is drawn from publicly available and public record sources and from online data networks. The consumer records our providers hold were collected from people who opted in online to receive information from businesses, through online forms and co registration on partner sites that disclose that use at the point of opt in, and were then verified against public listings. Business records come from publicly available business information. Identification of visitors to a client's website, described in section 7, happens by matching your visit against these records. It does not involve you opting in on the client's site.
What that opt in covers, and what it does not.
Our clients are told this in our Terms of Service and are required to treat every record as a cold contact.
What we add. Our data sources track online research activity, and we use it to find people who are actively researching a category of product or service in the area a client serves. A research signal in your record describes the category you appear to be shopping for, such as a water heater replacement or a payroll provider, and how close to buying you appear to be. For some clients that category is a health related service, such as dental or cosmetic treatment. We do not build or deliver audiences based on health conditions, treatments or research into health care services for residents of Washington or Nevada.
What your record contains. Section 2 lists the fields for consumer and business records. The record is delivered to the client complete and unmasked. Three of the fields need explaining:
Neither the flag nor the marker is a guarantee that a number may be called or an email delivered. The client stays responsible for its own compliance and its own verification.
What we do not deliver. Government identification numbers, financial account numbers or medical records.
Who receives your record. The client that ordered the delivery. The same person can appear in deliveries to more than one client, because more than one business may sell what that person is researching. A record of your visit to a client's website goes only to the client whose site you visited. Advertising platforms receive hashed identifiers only in the two cases described in section 10. Section 9 describes what clients may do with your record.
Your rights. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and opt out of the sale of your information, which stops future deliveries. Section 11 explains how, and what happens to records already delivered.
These rules are in our Terms of Service. Every client agrees to them before it receives a delivery.
Clients may:
Clients may not:
Clients must:
Breaking these rules is a breach of our Terms of Service. If a client keeps contacting you after you asked it to stop, tell us using any method in section 11 and we will act on it.
Sale. Providing records to clients for a fee is a sale of personal information under California law and similar laws in other states. Section 12 lists the categories we sell.
Sharing with advertising platforms. Your identifiers reach an advertising platform only in hashed form, and only in two cases: when a client uploads its delivery to that platform to build an audience, or when we upload it for the client under a managed advertising plan into the client's own advertising account. Under California law that upload can count as sharing for cross context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out of it through us using section 11.
Our own websites. We do not sell or share the information of people who visit our own websites, and we do not use it for cross context behavioral advertising. Section 6 describes the identification we run on our own websites for our own marketing.
Data broker. We obtain the personal information in our deliveries from other sources and sell it to our clients, and we do not have a direct relationship with the people in those deliveries. That makes us a data broker under the laws of California, Texas, Oregon and Vermont.
One request stops it. Whichever right you use, an opt out or a deletion request puts you on our suppression list, and we check that list before every future delivery and every identification report. Section 11 gives the timing.
These rights are available to everyone in the United States, whichever group in section 1 you belong to and whichever state you live in.
What you can ask.
How to ask. Use any of these:
Tell us which right you are using and give us enough to find your record: your name, the email addresses and phone numbers you want us to check and, if you are asking about a delivery, the business that contacted you and the postal address it used.
You may use an authorized agent. We will ask the agent for proof of your permission.
Verification. For requests to know, correct or delete, we need enough information to confirm that the record is yours before we release or change it, because releasing a record to the wrong person would itself be a disclosure of your information. For a client, that is a message from the email address on the account. For a person in a delivery, we match the details you give us against the record and ask for nothing more than we need. We do not require verification for an opt out. We only ask for enough to find your record, usually your name, email addresses and phone numbers.
Timing. We respond to requests to know, correct or delete within 45 days. If we need longer, we may extend once by a further 45 days, and we tell you why. We act on opt out requests within 15 business days.
What happens when you opt out or ask for deletion, if you are in a delivery. Within 15 business days we add you to our suppression list, so you are not included in any future delivery or identification report. We also notify every client that received your record from us in the previous 12 months that you have made the request, tell them which record, and require them under our Terms of Service to delete it and stop contacting you. We cannot reach into a client's systems ourselves. If a client keeps contacting you after that, tell us and we will act on it. We keep only the identifiers needed to keep you off future deliveries.
Limits, stated plainly: we cannot undo contact a client made before it received our notice; a client's own records of its own dealings with you are the client's to handle under its own privacy notice; and our suppression does not delete you from the third party data sources we license, which are operated by other companies with their own privacy notices and their own request channels; and because we keep our copy of each delivery for 12 months, we can identify and notify only the clients that received your record in the 12 months before your request.
What happens when you opt out or ask for deletion, if you are a client or prospect. We stop marketing to you, delete what we do not need to keep, and keep only what the law and section 13 require, such as tax records and proof of consent. Transactional messages about an order you have placed continue while the order is open.
Appeals. If we refuse a request, we explain why. To appeal, reply to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. A different person from the one who made the decision reviews it and answers you in writing within 45 days. Every appeal answer tells you how to contact your state attorney general.
No charge. We do not charge for a request.
Everything in section 11 applies to you. This section adds what California law requires us to say.
Categories we collect and sell. These are the categories of personal information we sell to our business clients. Where we have delivered records in the 12 months before the date of this policy, those deliveries contained only the categories listed here.
Sources: the data providers, public sources and online data networks in section 8, and the identification code in section 7. Recipients: our business clients, and advertising platforms in the two cases described in section 10. Purpose: to let clients reach people in the market for what they sell.
Sensitive personal information. We do not deliver medical records, government identification numbers or financial account numbers. A research signal can indicate interest in a health related service, as section 8 explains, and section 8 describes the restriction we apply for residents of Washington and Nevada.
Client and prospect information. We collect identifiers, commercial information and internet activity from our own clients and website visitors, as section 3 describes. We do not sell or share it.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link on our homepage and in the footer of our pages, or any method in section 11. We do not require you to verify your identity to opt out. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal on our own websites, as section 11 describes.
Under 16. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Delete Act. California residents can ask every registered data broker to delete their personal information in one place, through the Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP) run by the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Financial incentives. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
Retention. Section 13 states how long we keep each category.
How long we keep information depends on what it is.
We limit access to information to the people and service providers who need it for the work described in this policy, and we use the access controls and security features our service providers offer. Deliveries go to the email address on the client's account, into the client's own systems, or into a console the client logs into. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we notify you as the law requires.
Our services are built for businesses in the United States, our deliveries cover people in the United States, and our systems are located there. If you use our websites from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. If the law of your country gives you additional rights, you can exercise them through section 11.
Our websites and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through our websites, we do not knowingly include anyone under 18 in a delivery, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Our data sources are built across United States adults, but we do not independently verify the age of every person in a record, and the tracking cannot tell a visitor's age. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, or that a delivery includes a person under 18, we delete it, remove it from future deliveries, and tell every client that received it in the previous 12 months to delete it. A parent or guardian can tell us using any method in section 11, with "Minor" in the subject line.
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top. For a material change, we email active clients and post the new version on our websites at least 30 days before it takes effect. A change does not undo a right you have already exercised: an opt out or deletion you have made stays honored.
